        We've been going to Jackson Hewitt in Bolivar, TN for 30 yrs but this year started with a hiccup. We went to the office as usual 15 mins ahead of time and we waited and waited. Well 9:20 rolled around and we called the main number and almost didn't get an answer there. Finally got someone to pickup the phone and we were told that the office had been moved. Well that would've been nice to tell us when we made the appointment. Anyway, got there to the new office and met a young man. Got our taxes filled out with no problem and left. A week later I get a letter telling me that I don't qualify for a rapid refund. Well, in the first place I didn't ask for one. So if you go there to get your taxes done make sure you tell the big young man not to request for a rapid refund unless you specifically ask for it.
