        Got a notice for attempted delivery because I wasn't home to sign. I wanted to pick it up the same day but couldn't, there's literally no way to do so. You're supposed to contact the UPS center and let them know to hold it for you there but there is no way to do that. The phone just goes to automated options and tells me to pick it up next week at an access point. There are no options on the website either. Just let me pick up the package the same day if you're going to fail attempted delivery, otherwise don't make me wait another week. Incredibly disappointed.

        The last 3 packages I had delivered by you guys were all at least a week later than the delivery date . You guys charge to hold a package for pick up , but make it impossible to pick up. Theres no way to talk to an actually person only an automated service . I would rather my packages be delivered by USPS
