First Citizens National Bank

Sometimes the people that answer the phone are nice, and sometimes they aren't. However, my biggest issue is that they don't acknowledge instant transfers. Several times in my transaction history, I can see that they charged me overdraft fees when I wasn't actually overdrawn. Anytime I'm in the negative, I instant transfer whatever is needed and can see it immediately in my mobile banking app, but without fail, the next day, they've charged me an overdraft fee anyway. My account is then in the negative ONLY because I've already switched all my accounts to a different checking account that doesn't charge overdraft fees. I will only be using this account to pay my house note. I strongly recommend you look somewhere else for banking if you are looking for a morally sound institution.
