Horrible.. please do not move into Apt 401 cause youll get the police called on you every night for no reason. Kelly the office manager sleeps with the maintenance man and stays at his apartment but then says something if you have somebody stay over lol big hypocrite she also turned my power off and I have a 2 month old baby

I live here and I don't have any issues with bugs. I keep my apartment clean. If, you live in filth you're going to have problems with bugs. It's all in how you live....

I just wanna say in my own words how helpful Kelly was in our time of need. Kelly is the one in the office who does allot of work getting people in and taking rent and managing how the apartment runs so people can live in a nice community. I have been battling cancer and we was staying in a camper in need of a home quickly to be able to live more productive. She was very fast and thorough to get us into the home. What I thought would take us months she had us in,in just a couple days. She has been very good with us and went through a lot of paper work helping us when we did not understand it. So I have to say with any of these negative reviews we didn't see any thing we wrong. So we believe it's just people who had gotten evicted by there own fault trying to cause an issue we got blessed so shame on those people who have to make up stuff for a bad review. I honestly have had all great things to say

The way the parking is not very friendly for those who are handicap. There are few parking spaces by the basketball court for the visitors. If your tire is on the line even a hint of being in the line. The manager has a deal made with wrecker owner and has them towed and charges 100s of dollars to get it back out. They take on the polices job and move somebody who has a expired tag. Its a police issue with a citation to be issued. Not for them to be towing them away. If your tire loses air while visiting they tow it. No cars can be there that need fixed. Yet the maintenance man car hasnt moved in months and months and will not run. DOUBLE STANDARDS!!!! BBB HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND THEY WILL HAVE RO LIVE IP TO STATE AND CITY AND HANDICAP ORDINANCES. Things will soon change for them situations very soon.
