        Had a maintenance issue with a door and latch to a bedroom. I called after hours and the maintenance team came and took care of the issue promptly. I appreciate their assistance in resolving the issue after the normal workday hours.

        I was shocked to see the negative reviews on here. I have worked with Latitude for the last 5 years and have nothing but great things to say. Michelle and her team helped with any issues that came up as fast as possible. I have had multiple employees rent from Latitude and most recently I became a renter as well.
