Everyone was very nice. I had to go back and get my denture cause the bottom ones broke while I was getting a bit of bread. LOL So I have to go back to my dentist so they can adjust them. I love my dentist Affordable Dentures & IMPLANTS in Arlington, TN.

Sharing this on behalf of my dad. He needed to replace his partials and decided on this clinic. This was the worst decision ever. With each appointment that required a dental molding or fitting, my dad would try to voice his opinion regarding the fit, but the techs/provider NEVER listened. If the molding was improperly done, then of course that would impact the partials. At one of the fittings, the partials were so tight that nobody could take it out. The doctor came in and used dental tools to try and PRY it out with no success. He even stabbed himself causing him to bleed. My dad saw this so decided to try to remove it himself. If he didn't, he might have been the one bleeding next! After another maladjustment, he was told that it is loose enough to be removed, but my dad reported that the fit was TERRIBLE. He had such a bad experience that he did not want to return for them to NOT LISTEN and adjust however they want without knowing how it felt. All this resulted in excessive swollen gums and bleeding. The poor fitting of the partials caused him to bite his inner cheeks when chewing. The bedside manner and tech service was so terrible that he did not want to go back for an adjustment and found help elsewhere even after paying the FULL amount upfront. They even had the nerve to try and send a bill for more money after telling him the final price that he paid in full prior to the service. Don't even try to get in contact with the doctor because you'll just be unsuccessful. They only care about the money. DO NOT GO HERE.
