I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists over 48 years . 901 Dental has been my first good experience. Dr Davis and the staff were super friendly and helpful. And Dr Hayden was amazing during a tooth extraction procedure. I unfortunately have a lot of experience to compare 901 dental to. I am absolutely sure this is the best dental office in Memphis . These people are talented and kind and easy to work with . A rare combination I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists over 48 years . 901 Dental has been my first good experience. 901 Dental has been great to me. When my old dentist couldn't work me in until late july ( I called in early May) for a cleaning and cavity work 901 dental was able to get me in within days for a cleaning and two weeks for filling. Very kind staff and also fast. I was in and out within 2 hours when I got 4 fillings. Longest part was waiting for the medicine to make me numb. 5 stars all day. 901 Dental has been great to me. I was lied to my face that my replacement retainers would be completely covered by insurance. I was pretty surprised considering it was cosmetic. Went to the check out. $525. Not covered. At all. I knew it was just too good to be true. Please don't lie to people like that to trap them for payment. I'm fortunate that I had the money to pay in full, but that isn't going to be everybody. Otherwise the visit was optimal for my visitation needs. Dropped from five stars to two stars. Please be truthful to your customers. Edit (6/25/2022): Responding to the owner with this message: That still doesn't change the fact that I was still told differently in person by one of your employees.
