Alta Farms is literally out of a magazine. So magical. I first saw it when I was driving down Cane Ridge & I lost it over the clubhouse windows. SO BEAUTIFUL. Cierra made my tour so special. She is so intentional and kind!! The location is prime - Tanger Outlets are a short walk away. The interstate is right around the corner too, which is so convenient. My favorite part is the gym though I love the TRX equipment & Peleton!!! Cant wait to get in shape for summer. 10/10 recommend.

Alta Farms is the best place to live! My favorite place is the gym, it has free weights up to 75lbs and a barbell, as well as anything else you need. Nothing like getting a free latte on the way to work. Cheyenne is the best to work with, she is very responsive! The staff is always coming up with new ways to keep the community fun!

Really nice group of people that work in the leasing office. Cierra specifically helped me and she was very helpful and knowledgeable on her property! Love that everything is so conveniently close to the location! The fitness center is probably my favorite amenity but theres so much more!

Alta Farms is a true gem in the world of apartment living. Their amenities are top notch, especially the Fitness Center and Yoga Deck! The location is super convenient to Tanger Outlets and other shopping, but also offers a peaceful atmosphere where you can catch beautiful sunsets.
From the beginning, Cierra goes above and beyond to ensure that all your questions are answered. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor make the tour/leasing process a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone moving to the area!
