My whole move in experience has been amazing and smooth !! The entire office staff was so welcoming and making sure my live in experience was smooth !! Special shout out to Lakeysha in the asst manager she replied to my emails promptly , answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued new resident!! Also special shout out to Stephon the maintenance supervisor he let me know his title and to reach out and very fast if anything needed to be fixed!! Im loving it so far here and will continue to recommend this property to others !!

The community started out really good. It was nice and quiet and maintained. Then you can tell they started letting anyone move in, the trash was always a mess. The original maintenance crew were good everyone after was a joke. My roommate had the upper unit toilet pipes burst twice in her room and they came to vacuum up the water and take out the carpet pad. No cleaning. The repaired the paint after the first burst but not the second time. It also caused the water pressure to go down in my bathroom. A work order was put in but was not resolved. Faith sends out these emails but not action, shes a joke. I say go get your money worth because the cascades is not it!
