        DO NOT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT TO FILE TAXES!!!!! I AM REVIEWING MY DOCUMENTS THAT THEY DID. NO Jackson Hewitt EMPLOYEE or "Tax preparer" EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THERE IS A $521 TAX PREPARATION FEE I WOULD HAVE NEVER NEVER NEVER AGREED TO THAT!!!! A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. They just asked the typical questions like are you married?, do you have any dependents?, can someone claim the dependent?, etc etc. the. All they did was just pointed at what it says is "my refund amount " that I'm to receive but doesn't show me mention anything to about the ridiculous fee and how it be deducted from my refund. And they didn't even print my papers out for the 2nd time I went back with my W2 to finishing filing. She just said I would get an email or text with the information of everything I signed and that it was better that way so she didn't have to waste paper. Well I never got an email or text, Out of my own curiosity I logged into the JH online account that I told to make and didn't get to explore cause I was being rushed through it. That's where I saw that my documents were uploaded and all this other is info they just told me to sign making it like I'm just signing that my information is correct not oh yeah by they we gonna try to take all your money!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT DO IT!
