If you want to reach your goals, it helps to have passion for what you are doing. It helps to take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself, no matter the challenge. Hello, I called to ask for guidance if his company doesn't have what I'm looking for. I greatest him, and asked for his name because respectfully I'd like to address the person by their name. He didn't want to say his name, he asked me what he can do for me. And I asked my questions, he seemed defensive, not angry but focused on what his company doesn't do and I was hoping he'll direct me towards a different Google search or something, but he didn't. I plugged the information I needed and his company populated. I understand that Google isn't 100% correct on what it populates. But he could of tried to some what guided me to a different route ot something. But if a man is afraid of proving his name as a realtor to a potential customer doesn't seem professional. And I am glad he was honest into the fact he's limited to what he actually does, which is probably nothing. Because people do most of the work and when they reach out to a realtor and they are ready to purchase a home. A realtor would just sit in front of the computer and try to match the description the customer is looking for and the price range. The realtor then gather a few places to tour, and things go from there. Happy new years.

There probably isnt enough room to express how great Rick and his wife are but Ill try to give an abridged version. My wife and I have been on the house hunt for nearly a year. After a couple months working with a family friend, and getting nowhere we managed to get linked to the Cochran team with Keller Williams and what a blessing in disguise. Rick reached out immediately and began to go to work in the search for our home. Being first time buyers we had numerous questions, and Rick never hesitated to help in any way he could to make this a memorable experience and find what we needed and what was best suited for our family. It didnt take long to compile numerous list of potential homes to view and it never felt as if we were being pushed to buy any of them. After close to a 6 month search, we finally found what we were looking for. With the market the way that it is currently we reached a point where we needed to take a step back for a couple weeks from the search and Rick was very understanding, never pushy, and optimistic that he would be able to find what we were looking for. I highly recommend Rick and the Cochran team, and will send anyone and everyone I know or who will listen their way when they are looking to buy or sell. I honestly feel that if my wife and I wouldnt have been working with Rick would would have given up long before we were able to find a home we could call our own.
