Airgas Store

Spent a month on the phone with this location back and forth trying to set up fills for my nitrous bottles. They said they'd send someone out to check out my fill station and get the paperwork going. Over the process of a month someone came and got my paperwork done and told me I could bring my bottles I'm and drop them off to be filled. Spent over an hour in their show room because no one knew up from down when I was dropping my bottles off. They've had them for a week now just to call me and tell me they actually can't fill them because I don't run a speed shop. Apparently no one in the last 5 weeks of absolute time-wasting nonsense knew this. Had to drive an hour as I don't live in Sioux Falls just to get passed around between people that have 0 clue what's going on and 0 respect for the amount of wasted time this has been just to collect my still empty bottles. Then proceeded to load my own bottles out of the loading dock as there were no employees to found. Never. Again. Might I suggest Mathis for Sioux Falls fills.

Visited location to see what they had on their show room. A employee quickly asked if he could help. He was very informed and the showroom had some of the latest welding machines available. He had items on his show room that are not on all wielding supply locations.

Man I myself want to thank the whole welding community the guy that are gas very helpful but also the guys over at a ox and the guys over at Matheson really helps on making a decision but I knew what I wanted already I had it pretty much in my head I'm true blue through and through so I knew I was going with the Miller Matic 252 it really just comes down to ford or Chevy and everybody knows you dont want to be driving a Dodge LOL you guys over Airgas really made the decision easy thank you again to Ron and Chad over there at Airgas I really appreciate all the help I received that's very helpful I don't think I've ever made such a big decision to spend as much money as I spent at one time in my life but I'm sure glad that I did thanks everyone out there that's taught me and guided me through the years and put up with me through the years this year's finally my year and I am going to shine
