        I am very impressed with how spectrum has turned around since they have terminated the last lady they had in charge since I last gave them a review and they have gotten new manager in their the communication has been great with them and my mothers nurse has been here thank you spectrum and their new manager for the dedication and work they have been doing to turn things around and care for the people they are looking after

        Spectrum is more that an agency providing care to families in needthey prove to be an extended family to their clients. Spectrum works as a team to ensure that all needs are met above and beyond expectations. They communicate thoroughly, provide helpful resources and are always willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend Spectrum to anyone in need of help with care to keep families in their homes and as independent as they can continue to be. Spectrum provides nursing, homemaking, personal care and companion.

I try so hard to make sure I have the right team members in the positions I feel they can handle, unfortunately, I dont always get it right as in this case. I am so sorry your mothers case is one that was affected.
