        Asked for certain filters for my CPAP. Was told that is what would be shipped. Received filters wrong type. Tried to get correct filters again and passed on to Sleep equipment people. They informed me that they do not carry the type I need. Asked how to return and insure that my insurance was not billed. Passed on to billing and all the want to hear was did I receive the filters. And would look into was other filters were available. Would not listen to me when Apria said they did not carry the filters. Since I could not get a straight answer from Apria,I am contacting Medicare any reporting the problem with the equipment that is being supplied. And not to pay the invoice. These filters are Philips dream station 2. The ones from Apria will fit the dream station however the fall apart easily and produce a white power an clog up the machine. I have contacted Philips and they informed me that they are receiving complains about substitute filters and filters with there name on them should be the only ones used in the dream station.
