Mike and the team did an excellent job hooking me up with my new truck. They gave me top trade-in value for my old truck and really took care of me. Im very pleased with my experience.

I'm writing this review because I do not recommend gateway autoplex to anybody I have given several chances to let them fix what they have put me in a vehicle that lost equity which I think is unfair because it's their fault but they don't want to own up to it also was told that would have to only drive the vehicle for 1 year and then they would get me into a different vehicle but now I have had the vehicle for almost 2 years later still trying to give them a chance they told me if I came up with 2000 I could get into a newer vehicle but as the months went on more and more they want me to make more of a down payment it went up from 2000 to 3000 and as of today was told by Austin what works at the dealership was told had to have a 5000 down payment if my credit was that bad they should have let me know but this car was to build up my credit what they are doing is ridiculous all I can say is they make too much false promises

I went with some relatives to shop and they worked hard to get them a car and it happened the family left with a car good friendly sales man and service was excellent worth the time to stop and shop for a car
