image They are too lazy to provide a VIN and then call names and start personal attacks and harassment. I don’t know why they can’t provide a VIN for a vehicle they are selling. Its common n practice to run a carfax report or get an insurance quote before purchasing.

image Exactly 2 months to the day we bought our vehicle our mechanic informed us it would need almost $3000 in repairs! The awesome 2 year warranty they raved about will only pay $400! When we tried to get them to come down on the price of this vehicle they insisted the warranty was worth almost $2600 and all we'd ever pay was $100 on repairs! I guess the joke's on us.

I stand by everything I said, ALL TRUE! regardless of my family situation and said business trying to make excuses.No, they werent going to charge for the warranty, it was figured into vehicle cost, stated by them! Of course we dont expect a brand new car with repairs. We just need it to be safe and mechanically sound. Facts are facts. We were fools and take full responsibility for being naive and not taking the time to shop around.

Thank You Tina for your outstanding review! In response to the public and yourself as well, Cars Protection Plus is the Name of the National Warranty Company we use as our Warranty Provider. That being said, It is only fair that in all matters there are many details to adress as to what are covered repairs by the warranty company verses having a customer wanting to make a brand new car out of a used car purchase. Many warranty companies do not cover desired maintenance type repairs and primarily cover major mechanical as a standard. We Purchase the warranty for you at Badlands Brokers. We DO NOT CHARGE you for the warranty. Your vague discription of items requested and coverages placed publically is to your own disgruntled advantage and not the entirety of Google Nation. On another note if I remember correctly, you purchased this vehicle for your grandaughter or daughter and she evidently did not appreciate your kind jesture in providing her a vehicle outside of her entitlement attitude and you tried returning the car to us for that reason in itself. Sorry she still doesn't appreciate what you tried to do for her and now you are attempting to mar our 5 Star Rating due to your family matter and not our dealership success. We always strive to be transparent and open in all of our business practices at Badlands Brokers.

image The sales woman Ashley Behlings (who also reviewed this company) is unprofessional. She has no business trying to sell vehicles with her rudeness. She tried to low-ball us on our trade in with ONLY $750. She did not drive the trade in.. she did not have a mechanic look at it.. she just eyeballed it and said she wasn't willing to discuss it but asked if we still wanted the Audi? The Audi has rust and damage, throws a PO171 code she claims wasn't there before, many small broken interior components and smelled heavy of smoke, so we said no, not really... So then she began to gaslight my husband saying she was under the impression we were "serious buyers" but now wasted her time.. we took it to Dave's Auto and Tim there gave us $2500. Do not do business with them; this was early Nov. 2021. Will report to BBB as well.
Don't let them lie and swindle.

Sorry for your negative experience. To bring added clarity to this review, The husband of the person was in the store the night before and said he was very interested in the Audi. He later contacted us through social media and asked if someone could meet him on Saturday to buy the vehicle. We informed him we were closed on weekends but if he was intending on actually purchasing the vehicle we could make an appointment for the following Monday. He insisted that was going to make the purchase if someone could come in on Saturday.We had a sales person change their personal family time to come in and accommodate this customer.Farrah was very rude and obstinate towards Ashley and then wanted to get a trade value from Ashley, but Ashley didn’t have a manager available to appraise Farrahs trade because the customer stated the day prior that it would be a cash deal if someone could come in on Saturday so he could take delivery.Obviously this customer had no intention making a purchase and just wanted to smear our 29 year Good Reputation as a Quality Auto Dealership in Rapid City. We apologized to Ashley for taking time from her family by assuming this customer was going to be honest and forthright in their word to purchase this vehicle on a day that our business was actually closed. We sell Quality Vehicles and include a 90 Day Warranty at no additional cost to our customers. Our summation is that its very difficult to please unhappy people in life but we will continue to serve our community with Great Service and Quality Vehicles!Manager/ BadlandsBrokers.com
