I lived in these patio homes for a year, right after they were built.
Very low quality townhomes. They were built too quickly and it shows. We had countless maintenance requests during our lease there. Flooring was buckling, dishwasher stopped working, the dryer vent was closed off, kitchen countertops and kitchen cabinets were busting away from the wall. All of this was happening within the first 6 months of us moving in to a brand new place.
Find a better place to live if youre looking for a rental. I cant imagine what these places will look like in the next few years.
