Terrible experience, building is infested with roaches, my heat didnt shut off during the summer and my 3 maintenance request were ignored, community is rude, and to top it off I charged for things already broken when I moved in when I moved out and also been 50 days and havent received my security deposit (45 days state law) and no response to my emails or messages. If youre considering this place simply DONT!! (: thanks for reading

Nice recent upgrades including Dog Run! Excellent convenient location, close to shopping, schools, 90 and downtown. Unique 2 story floorplan with Washer and Dryer hook-ups in unit - uncommon at this price point. Also really like the green space and the fact units are not stacked so you don't have noise above and below you.
