They hold your packages for several days before delivery, while each day saying it's out for delivery.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was notified I was going to have a package delivered and I knew we were going to be out of town for a week so I reached out to this location and a representative named Belinda assured me that she would put a hold on it until May 27th to ensure we would have time to get it. We returned on the 21st and I went to pick it up today and was told they returned it to the sender on 5/19. They never even attempted to reach me to inform me they were sending it back! Its still in transit yet they tell me I have to reach out to the original shipper and have them resend it!! I will at all cost avoid ever using ups in the future theyve truly shown me their customers mean nothing to them!!!

The guy working the customer service desk has always gone above and beyond to help me so I don't understand any of the bad reviews on customer service.

UPS rarely delivers a package to our location. Their service here is deplorable and, in truth, doesn't exist. They deliver a small percentage of packages but usually say "we can't find you" even though they've been here several times.

It says delivered and it was left at "dock" I don't have a dock and you can't speak to a live person!
