Don't go here. If you have any billing issues they will not call you back. It's been weeks since they charged me almost 200$ for something I returned.

The run around that I was given regarding a much needed brace was atrocious. I am very disappointed and disheartened by the treatment I received today. The doctor had needed to amend his order and when we.got there we were advised of this. The desk lady did absolutely nothing to help. She was unwilling to make any phone calls. My husband had to call the urgent care and gand the phone to her.
Meanwhile I'm standingthere with multiple fractures and a dislocated knee, with an ace bandage and crutches. It's a shame that you care so little about the patients you serve.. Not sure when it became the patients job, to make sure all of the wires are connected between the facilities. The way you treat patients is atrocious.

I have left several messages and no one ever calls me back. We ordered two bras and a prosthesis over one year ago and still have not received them. I know that the person in charge needs training but I think a year is a little too much to have to wait. Especially since Im not being called back and given information on why were still waiting.

A human used to call and I would order all my CPAP supplies. Now they have an automated dialing machine call me everyday, to tell me to call them. I do not do as commanded by a machine. And when you call to tell them to remove my number from the auto dialer, they never answer for any reason. If you leave a message they NEVER respond or call back.
