Also WHY are there phone booth phones to talk in the drive thru now?!? Yall really reverted to 1999?!?!? Screw that lol. Use literally any other pharmacy than this outdated junk.

I sat in the drive through waiting on only two cars ahead of me for 40 mins. Thats really ridiculous.

I called in about my prescription at 9:15. I spoke with Adrean (sp). She was able to help with the script bringing it from almost $300 to less than $10. She then said it would be ready in 70 minutes. Very kind and helpful service from a nice employee.

They get a new phone system at the pharmacy and cant access voicemail. So my dr calls, no one answers, as usual, so he leaves a voicemail and no one can access it. I wait all day for my prescription and find out they never got it because they implemented a new system without testing it first.
My mom called her prescriptions in for a refill and two days later they still only have one done. Its always 20 minutes. Im not shopping while I wait. I think thats the goal. Go spend while you wait.
