I stay here when I am in RC for work because they are always so pleasant. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great and front desk always has a smile. Thank you.

Was visiting my mom, arrived not knowing the fees that would be needed at arrival. My mom, who is fairly sick and isn't used to booking these kinds of things, did not know of this. So we arrived and were greeted by NO ONE. I thought that was odd, but I waited. He came out clearly with an attitude. As he got my information he continued to make snide remarks. I am not used to travel so I did not have some of the items needed nor money for the fees, which is why my mom paid for it. After all the rude comments, he did state that he could wave the fees or something, but made the remark "yall need to travel better." Which pissed me off. It's 11pm, I want to sleep. Not be treated like this. Awful service. I understand it's late, and he may have his own problems to deal with but that was ridiculous. I'd go to my stepmoms house if I wanted to be insulted. I do not recommend. At least not on his shift.
