6 weeks to get an order cause they kept canceling the delivery trucks. your customer service is horrible and they just refer bac to the store was never able to get a resolution from anyone with your company

Purchased flooring and installation on 9/24/22. Installation was to be in about 2 weeks. Installer is subcontractor Townsend Flooring Inc. I paid in full on the 24th.Later the installer had a family emergency. Reset install to 11/16/22. On 11/15 at 10;06am Jason called to state he was not going to install..maybe in 2 weeks time. At this point after checking with the store I was told everything was go for the 16th, I took time off work and then I received the call from Jason
DO NOT DO Business with LL flooring or Townsend Flooring. You will only be disappointed and will have to start the process over with with another provider.

Easy to pick up our online order. They had a nice selection online and the guys were helpful when they loaded up our flooring.
