A phone call or text to say you aren't going to show up would have been nice, hired someone else.
I got an apology today so am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. I will be needing flooring in my office soon and will call him again.

This is the second time Jason has been to our home to lay carpet. I will choose him every time I have a need in this area. Jason helped me greatly when we had water damage in a finished basement bedroom. He is all around experienced in sheet rock , tape and texture, and all types of flooring. The walls-ceiling, and new plank floor made the guest bedroom the best room in the house! We will definitely use him again!
