      image Top Notch put in new flooring at our business in May 2019, there are still things that are not right. Can't seem to get them back to finish their work. Also I have been trying to get the invoices of the work that they did do, and all I get are excuses. They even conned us out of 75.00 extra dollars with some sob story. Same on us.I think our next step is we will have to get a lawyer.
