Showed up at 3:45pm on 4/2/2024 to look at the menu. There was only one employee, so we left. When my partner returned about 20m later, the employee was rude and dismissive. Has an attitude about the different drink colors and flavors, and audibly said Ugh when my partner said theyd be paying in cash. We will not be going back, and will be heavily recommending against this place for the near future.

There was one lady working the till and she was also making the drinks too! She was doing her best working fast but the drinks were not good. We threw them away.

I usually love this place but today (February 24 at 1:30) I went and they were out of everything. Not the workers fault of course. I ordered a mocha frappe and it tasted a lot different than usual so I politely asked the worker (a late teens, early 20s girl with medium length light brown hair and blonde highlights) if they had changed the recipe. She explained that they were out of the powder so she used syrup. I said do you have any other flavors that you do have powder for? Vanilla Im sorry, but could you please remake it with that? Uh yeah give me a moment take your time. She remade it but it was super watery. Like not icy at all. I said thank you so much she ignored me. Didnt say here it is or have a nice day or youre welcome. Nothing. I wanted to ask for it to be remade again but I didnt want to be rude. So I just left. But its really gross and Im litterally crying like a little baby in my car. It was $8 for the small one. If Im gonna pay $8 for a drink I expect it to be good. Its usually good there. Maybe Im just being a spoiled brat but I just think the employees should warn you if you order something that theyre out of. And they should be polite when the customer is being polite. And not make the drink super watery. Maybe the barista was just having a bad day or something. But she was very rude. Ive worked in customer service and even when a customer has asked me to remake something in a mean way I say of course. Sorry you didnt like it or yeah no problem. And I then proceeded to try to make it good especially it theyre paying a lot for it. Very disappointed definitely wont come here again. (I went to the one at the mall btw)

Got a iced chai tea latte and it wasn't mixed at all. All flavoring was at bottom and they barley put any ice. After mixing it, it tasted like nasty watered down cinnamon and dirt. By far worst coffee shop I've ever been too.
