These people are hateful, rude and a DISASTER. The whole for "immediate assistance call (another number) the woman is a tyrant and hangs up instead of dealing with the issue at hand. We had a reservation for the day prior, but they closed early because the lady had "plans" they say on the website they are open, but they never are. Then they give you a number to call that is to a different lady, who's and absolute tyrant. Hung up on us. Needless to say we called for rides and left.

I wish I would have read these reviews earlier. My mom was hospitalized and passed away in August and I needed to change my drop off location to Pierre. I called Avis and was quoted a price for Pierre vs Minneapolis drop off.
I dropped the car off, was not given a receipt and Linda never checked it in, waited a few days and the car ended up being checked in Rapid City costing me over $1000.
I asked for her help in getting a receipt and she is unresponsive. I will NEVER rent from Avis again. And, looking at the reviews here, I will take her to court. This is fraud.

Linda the owner of this location is horrible to deal with! She's rude and just all around nasty....do not rent from her there are other options!
