My hubby and I are on our way home after staying here for a week. We planned this trip last minute and needed a place to stay for our fishing trip to Lake Oahe.
The lake access was nice and had plenty of parking. Fishing was good.
The cabin we stayed in was small and although it had sleeping accommodations for 4 people, I can't imagine actually having 4 people there.
The owner was very nice and she checked in with us regularly. She provided a "cornhole" game for us, provided a couple bags of ice and freezer packs too when we ran out as there was no place close by to get forgotten items.
I would recommend this place to a couple guys or those willing to "rough it" more than my liking, lol.
The restaurant/bar wasn't really open or staffed, but Sheena was willing to pour us drinks if we wanted them.
My 3 star rating is meant to say it was average. It was nothing special, but also not terrible.
