Pretty lucky to find good bbq in Pierre. The macaroni and cheese was delicious and hearty. It was a small bowl, but seemed to go on forever! I did a mix of brisket, pulled pork and sausage on a bun. I will be back.. //I went back and my 2nd visit was kind of a disaster. The street tacos were OK. The corn was so greasy and salty I couldn't even eat it. The pulled pork Mac n cheese was not edible and smelled weird. The consistency was that of Mac n cheese that had been sitting for way too long. The server was awesome but I couldn't bring myself to send it back. I was really disappointed that I spent $30 and left hungry. Just take this as a don't serve substandard food because now I've had you at your best and now your worst.

Ended up going here twice in twos while in on a work trip. The only time I needed the knife given was to butter my cornbread. The brisket was insane and the ribs truly did fall off the bones. Get the mac and cheese as a side. The mashed potatoes were great too. They had some sort of spicy in them that I wasnt expecting but loved. If youre in Pierre you gotta go.
Both times I was here service was great and food came out fast. There was wifi to hook up to for an end of day meeting while I ate.
