        Good location across from Steamboat Park. Older bldg in need of maintenance. New ownership remodeling units as tenants vacate but don't seem excited about repairs for tenants remaining in old units.

        My husband, our dog and I moved into the apartments a few months ago. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences since we arrived. Any problems are fixed almost immediately. Diane is amazing at her job, she is very responsive no matter the time you call or message her about any issues. She keeps you updated on anything going on and is extremely pleasant. From the moment we started looking into getting an apartment in the area Diane has been very helpful. This place is perfect for us at the time, although more fitting for a single person. Our neighbors keep to themselves but are very sweet in passing. Very cute community and the Park right across the way is a spectacular view and great walk!
