I have to say I have been impressed with Love since having electrical work done and they haven’t disappointed me. I had an AC issue at 11AM and they had someone out within two hours. My technician Chase Meurer was very informative and took care of the issue. The customer service was impeccable and I was updated on everything via phone, text and email. Awesome! I have their warranty plan on two properties because of that kind of service.

After 16 months of buying a brand new system (Lennox), the unit stopped working. I contacted LOVE and within 2 days they were out to assess the unit. I was told they were going to order a part and they would contact me when the part came in. I thought the company would contact me when the part was scheduled to come in with some information, but four days later and no update. I totally understand that parts may not come in right when they are expected, but a call from the company to update their customer would help. I am thankful that the temperature has cooled at night and can't imagine going without AC for a week without any information from Love. Service: AC repair
