Arrived on time to scheduled appointment and he got right to work! Within an hour, he fixed two toilets, and an outdoor leak, and was in and out. Even wrote us a note for the water company because it was a leak that could cause a high bill. Super nice, open to any questions or other quick fixes on the spot, would 100% recommend this company for everything plumbing! Mr. Murphey was working on Dec 26, a bitter cold day morning. When I called he indicated that it would be late, as many many people had broken water lines due to the freeze. I expected it to be after dark. About 30 minutes after I called, Mr. Murphey called to tell me he was on his way. He had a cancellation and worked me in. I was thrilled. Thank you. After being told by numerous other plumbing companies that our issue was low priority to them on a day with lots of busted pipe emergencies, Richard was nice enough to take care of our problem same day, within a few hours of a first phone call.
