We started the custom home building process right when materials were extremely delayed due to Covid but Matt made sure that everything was ordered so we would not have any major delays. Anything that didn't come in correctly was rectified immediately. We were able to design our home how we wanted where not too many builders allow that, usually you have to choose from a building plan and he designed ours from scratch. I could write a book on reasons to not buy a home built by MPM construction and any of the contractors they use!! We have only been in our home a little over a year....new AC unit installed, still not done right. We are having to pay someone to add another return because they did not have one big enough. Our septic tank lid came off and now we are having to get a septic tank company out here to fix another one of their mess ups. They used nails in our deck and they are all backing out. The foundation is cracking. The siding is falling off. Omg the list goes on and on.....
