Brian the owner is unprofessional, does not return phone calls, messages, emails or texts. He doesnt visit the building site and depends on the subs. It takes them almost a year to build a house. From other reviews Ive read, why would you use this builder??

Amy, Brian, Drew and Grant have been super helpful and supportive designing and now building our new home. They worked with us on several design tweaks. Were blown away by how fast weve gone from a preexisting slab to roughed in plumbing in less than 4 weeks. Were thinking/ hoping we can move in much sooner than expected!

We had our home, a custom build, built in 2018\19. For the most part they did a pretty good job with the house, though we have a couple minor issues and one pretty major one that we have to address now and we have only been in the house a little over 2 years. The major issue is with the foundation and crawl space. We get a LOT of water in our crawl space. Lets just say they did not properly water proof the outside nor put in proper drainage to get the water out. They did make an attempt to add drainage about a year after for the Warrantee service, but it was completely inadequate and now we are faced with at least a $10,000 expense to fix it correctly and kill the mold that has grown in the crawl space. To us it is way to soon to need these types of repairs. Also, I would stay away from their level 1 Builder grade flooring (we did the vinyl floors) poor quality scratches too easily, we are also still missing 4 screens though we have contacted them a few times to get them to us. We only had one issue with the work crew, that was with the framing crew, for some reason they decided to remove the well cap from our well that we had done a year earlier, not just once, but twice they messed with it. makes you wonder what if anything they put down the well.
