Service department is absolutely GARBAGE!! I have been calling the past couple days and left 2 voicemails for the service manager regarding a issue I have with the service and wanted to speak to him about it. He has not even returned my calls or responded to my many attempts this place is a joke!

Just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hoover Dodge in Summerville, SC and love it. Everyone involved in the process was fantastic but the standout was Parrish Hoover my sales person. Super, super guy!!! Incredibly knowledgable and efficient!

After reconsidering my initial evaluation, I would like to provide an updated review based on my recent encounters with this dealership. I must commend the sales department for their outstanding service, particularly Ed, who has assisted me in acquiring three new vehicles within the past few years. However, I have changed to three stars due to certain issues during my most recent purchase. During the purchase process of two brand new vehicles, I encountered issues with the detailing department. Unfortunately, they inadvertently caused scratches on two Ram 1500s. As a result, I had to visit the dealership multiple times to rectify the issues, but the end result was below satisfactory. Furthermore, I found the service department to be quite challenging to work with. A previous vehicle I owned experienced significant water leaks and mechanical problems, resulting in extensive periods of time spent at the repair shop. Although the dealership offers a loaner program for warranty-related issues, they are unable to provide a specific timeframe for when a loaner vehicle will be made available. Lastly, I would advise future customers to carefully review the details provided on the vehicle's sticker. In the unfortunate event that the detailer scratches your car, and the sales manager realizes that the bed liner wasnt installed, they may portray it as a favor to provide you with one.
