        Deeply disappointed in all phases of the business, mediocre, slow staff, small(er) portions, thin-cheap burger and far more expensive...than what Wendy's used to be! Also, beat-up, nasty bathroom, out of soap, and, paper towels! Zero reoccurring hourly maintenance in there!

        Literally the worst fast food location on the planet. We did a mobile order and it literally took us an hour to get through the drive through to sit at the door for 10 more minutes. On top of that, they forget one of our orders and no sauce. I would understand if there was 2 people working but no. There was an entire team of 6+ people. All of which i could literally see, do who knows how many more were in there. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only thing going for them is that their fries were decent unsalted. They literally didn't even salt the fries.

        This location @ main street Summerville. Is the worst! Everytime it's bad. Slow! Rude people at the counter. Didn't even get to order. Stood in line for 15 minutes, and had to walk out. Please shut the doors for business, and bring in new team members, and managment. Making my town look bad! I enjoy wendy's very much, but won't stop here again. Absolutely unacceptable.
