This place is going downhill fast they closed my local branch did not even send me any paperwork or let me know at all went there one day to make a deposit and it was closed up. So I decided to go to the next local branch in the Yemassee well this time they sent me a letter and saying that that Branch was closing and the next nearest Branch to me is over a half hour away I think I'm going to find another bank enough of this.

I had somewhat of a freakout this morning about my previous accounts at Truist and had gone in the get it solved. Being the big baby that I am, I was really upset and couldnt help crying about it all. Amy at the counter was really sweet and lovely and walked me through it and I got it figured out. Thank you for calming my anxieties about money!

I went into the branch located on Dorchester Road, Summerville SC. Amy, the teller, was condescending and arrogant. Considering this was an error on Truist behalf, I would have expected them to be apologetic not condescending and rude.
