        I have a car loan through ABB. For some reason the auto payment never comes out on time, so I'll go on the website and make my payment. I make the payment, it says payment succsessful and gives you a conformation number, but then will never take the payment. Then if the payment isnt taken they never send you a notification that the payment is late and start charging you late fees. Didnt find out about this 'mistake' until collections was calling me saying im late and I owed $300 in late fees. Paying my loan off as quickly as I can so I can refinance with a bank that doesnt have shady payment ractices.. Best thing is to call in to make your payment so you know it went in.

        I paid my car payment bill and they charged my card twice for over $1000. Said that it was a computer issue but the refund was not processed right away. This put me in an uncomfortable position and I am livid.
