The Longboard

We made a last-minute reservation for our party of 6 and I'm so glad that we did! Our food was delicious! We ordered the crudo ceviche, streety corn salad, and grilled pineapple and they were all phenomenal. Our entrees were all amazing, as well: Catch of the Day (dayboat fish), Salmon Poke (so good, my stomach hurt but I kept eating it), Grilled Salmon, and short ribs. Kids enjoyed their steak and quesadillas. Also, the cocktails were exceptional. I ordered a very refreshing Wadma-Law-Breaker (It was SO GOOD, I had two!), the Suburban Jungle, and the Heart & Sol. All delicious. Kids also enjoyed the lemonade and the I'm Driving. Last but definitely not least, our server John was great - friendly, knowledgeable, warm and hospitable. All around, our new favorite restaurant. Thanks for the delicious evening!

This is easily the best place on Sullivans. We LOVE it here. It is such a mix between chill and fancy and the food is by far the best on Sullivans. There is nothing better!! We come here almost daily and we are locals!

Weve loved coming here the last 2 years but dont love the recent changes to the menu. The new Caribbean crisps are way too salty and when you add them to the natural saltiness of the fish spread, its almost inedible. The plantains were so much better and we love the fish spread. At a min, have plain chips available. They also added a shellfish-saffron rice dish and removed the grilled shrimp dish, which was so refreshing with the papaya salad. The new dish is basically all rice (at least 2+ cups) along with 4 really small shrimp (think size of a quarter) and maybe 9 or so mussels. Although the flavors were great, it wasnt filling unless you want to eat all that rice. If this dish is here to stay, they really need to get larger shrimp or double the number. They also got rid of the hanger steak which was also a great dish. Their grilled oysters are luckily still amazing. Service is always great. Not sure if we will come back for dinner because all the favs were changed but drinks and oysters for sure.
