Same experience that many here have stated. Poor communication and response in every aspect of this company. Ordered a delivery over two weeks ago, still waiting and running low on gas. This is really unacceptable for a service company.

Im cold. I called 1/4/24 to request propane as we were at 20%. 1/19/24 still no propane and we called with urgent request as we were then at 5%. Cut heat way down to preserve. 1/22 called to let them know we are completely out. She sent another message to dispatch. Said it will be tomorrow. It is now noon on 1/23 and was still put off with another call to dispatch. She said sorry, only 2 drivers but I gave ample notice 20 days ago!!!

Horrible experience! Nothing was done on time and nobody would get back to me about anything. I was charged extremely more than I was told and then sent an almost $1,500 bill a week before it was due! Would not recommend this company to anyone!

As a consumer, Im cold too. You call repeatedly and they just keep telling you theyre 10 days out. Many of us rent the tanks from their company, so we cannot even get ANY OTHER PROPANE COMPANY to come and give us propane. They are literally and figuratively freezing us out. This is also a potential health concern in our community. As a gerontological nurse researcher, I am very concerned about the many older people impacted by a lack of heat in the winter who may not have the resources to change over to another heat source such as a heat pump, Everyone PLEASE continue to send your reviews for this company in the many venues available online. Your story matters and helps paint the larger picture of neglect. This is a consumer report in the making and it is my sincere hope the company will quickly recognize and rectify this health hazard as quickly as possible. If the electric company and water company need to provide prompt service, THEY dont just throw their hands up and say Oh, well we only have two drivers. That would clearly be unacceptable service for essential needs. The propane industry needs to be held at the same standard.
