Absolutely Terrible!! Moldy smelly rooms. NO hot water for days.. And all management can say is they already spent a lot to try and fix it. Seriously!!! RUDE managers. Front desk people are incompetent and dress unprofessional. Never again!!

Traveling from our sons home in Virginia back to South Alabama.
Rooms: The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Arrived Friday and everything was fine until Sunday evening. We arrived after being out all day and went to take a shower but there was no hot water. Waited about 2 hours and tried again. Still no hot water. Went to call the front desk but nope, the phone in the room doesn't work. So I walked down to the front desk and the guy, a 55ish year old man, proceeds to tell me that there is only one out of four hot water heaters working and the hotel has already spent $600 trying to fix the problem. There's nothing he can do. I told him I spent more than that this weekend staying here and he shouldn't talk money to me. The other man, a young black guy, tells me if I have an issue then I can speak with management in the morning. If there's no hot water then why are they accepting consumers still then getting an attitude when they are questioned about it. Needless to say it's been 4 hours and we are unable to shower until tomorrow when we get home.
