Jeff and his crew repaired and refinished all the hardwoods in our house over a year ago. Highly professional and exceptional with communications. Project started and finished while we were living out of town. His knowledge, diligent/timely work and explanation of the project was highly appreciated during our move. Water based products(no smell !) on natural wood still look beautiful, easy to maintain, and have had no problems with finish or scratches. The floors looked like a Halloween quilt of oxidized burnt orange and yellow squares from decades of rugs resolutely set in their positions. It was rather a nightmare. I've never dealt with wood floors before and while inexperienced the quotes/advice I received didn't seem logical. Jeff came to give an estimate and instead gave an education. He stays up on the developments in his industry and his staff receives the same training. The entire team were consumate professionals. I felt as confident in their work as I did with the owner's work. If you're looking for the cheapest quote this isn't your place, but if you're looking for quality it most certainly can't be beat. The wood's natural beauty shines and I couldn't be happier with the result. Service: Repair flooring
