Horrible customer service was rushed through placing my order and after I received my order I got French fries that were not completely cooked and teriyaki wings that barely had teriyaki sauce on them and because I asked for one extra ranch they filled my bag up with ranch this is by far the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. I also noticed that in the reviews only the positive reviews get responses the negative reviews get ignored and the best way to improve your business is to listen to the negative response and positively change the negative things wrong with your restaurant.

The assistant manager during the day shift was appalling. I asked to add a kids tea and she told me to get back in the line bc there is no register. Handed her FIVE dollars for a kids tea. She gave me no change and rolled her eyes. I hope you get rid of her asap. Disgusting.

I rarely go inside it's mostly drive through the people I come in contact with are very pleasant and helpful
