I just need to say Debbie is the best. If you give them a call, she makes you feel valued and comfortable. I have not had to interact with Mr. Jenkinson yet. However, I still felt the need to give his employee some much deserved praise.

I'm only giving one because I have to. let me tell what happened to me First was unemployed because of the covid so I was unable to make my payments I made payment arrangements with the office gave them every ounce of money I had to keep my policy up and running they told me that they would take care of me and not to worry about nothing I've been with them for 5 years paying for a policy that they will not pay off on now even though they told me the payment arrangements would bring my policy up to date so I gave everything I had plus counted change because they said they would take care of it. Now they got everything they won't honor thier word. I'm a Gramma that's raising 3 grandbabies and my house was robbed they took my tools for work and the TV's my grandkids love to watch. My son's They drums and boots took alot more things but that other stuff wasn't that important So if u don't want to get ripped off at a time like this Don't go to this company at all They do not honor thier word and to me thats everything and says everything about this company

Not a fan. They aren't open during the hours listed online. They don't return messages. The girl who answers is pretty much useless and has poor listening skills.
