        Horrible customer service. I have two policies with them and can not get a return phone call.

        This is the worst, the love to get your money but when you attempt to cancel your policy because you find better rates they give you the run around. I have sent email after email, my new insurance sent emails and its been over a month and everyone I talk to give false information. I cant get anyone on the phone that really has any interest to help. I would not recommend heritage nor assured alliance for anything. Im still trying to cancel after two months.
