The Lively Drayton Mills

Awesome place to live! My favorite spot is our patio area. Its so peaceful and quiet! We love sitting out there in the evenings watching the walkers and bikers on the trail!

I have really loved my experience overall!! I could not love my new breezy 2 bedroom more!!!! I look forward to using the awesome gym, fire pit and pool more as i have more time!! Not just a home, but a wonderful space to create new memories! Edit to add after living here since April: The communication practices during maintenance needed on the building is incredibly lacking in information and in understanding for the residents. Additionally, notice of entry is given with less than 24 hrs notice and then rescheduled many times, causing multiple intrusive days when working from home. Edit : staff had worked hard to increase the communication during maintenance and I value having them work with me. Happy to say that faith was restored in this community!!

Community is great here. Low key vibe. The amenities add a beautiful touch. Just sitting by the fire pit or swinging on the swing is super relaxing.

We have truly enjoyed living in this beautiful complex. The amenities are a wonderful addition to your living experience, as well as the new trails being built in the area that surrounds. It is central to a lot of businesses in the area, and within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants in Drayton Mills. The staff at the leasing office is wonderful, and so helpful! We just transferred into a bigger apartment, and that process was smooth sailing thanks to them!
