        apartments are nice but its very noisy , neighbors dont care about the well beings of others & have no compassion in a year or so this will most likely be the ghetto , staff is very nice

        I can honestly say that the apartment and staff are amazing and they are not the issue at all. The issue is how quickly it became very ghetto. People that live here are extremely disrespectful, loud and have no consideration for others. They are always blaring inappropriate rap music every where on the property..even in the gym which makes it very uncomfortable for other residents. I'm really hoping something changes soon.

        I love my apartment don't get me wrong but, within the 1st month my car was broken into. The street lights don't work in front of the building they worked when I first moved in the parking lot was lite up and you could see. I am disabled and there is no disabled parking in front of my building. I know these apartments are new. I have expressed my concerns with management. I think these are legitimate concerns. I don't mind calling the city or county about the lightning issues. If you have a number I can call please let me know. Thank you.

        Rachel, Rebecca and Nicole are great, they make you feel welcome and always happy to help with anything that you need. The maintenance staff are awesome, all that needed their attention was taken care in a timely manner. So far so good at the Comet Spartanburg and I'm happy to call it home!
