THE absolute MOST unprofessional place I have ever encountered. I have no idea how they are even in business and I pray that whoever is reading this review would RUN as hard and as fast as you possibly can. It's not worth your time or money to get involved with these people at all...RUN now. I wish I could give them negative stars! Update Their response tells you how much they don't remember things and they are just looking for a quick dollar...Run

I am overall happy with my experience. Shawna went above and beyond for us. She answered all of my text and calls quickly. She listened to my needs and found what we needed. She was patient with me being seen out of town and working to get things taken care of. I will buy my next car from her and have already referred her to a friend.

I had a disappointing experience with Majestic Auto Sales concerning a car purchase. Despite a signed contract promising to correct trunk lid paint issues, overspray was carelessly applied to the bumper by Shawna's hired paint team, causing additional damage which was wet paint over dirt. I was left with a significantly large out-of-pocket bill for repairs at a professional shop, which Majestic should have covered. The car, intended as a gift for my daughter's 16th birthday, was mishandled and Shawnas lack of accountability and disregard for my concerns is truly disappointing. PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT LET THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Buying a vehicle for my daughters 16th birthday shouldve been a pleasant stress-free experience, but due to the actions of Shawna and the disregard stated above it was a stressful experience instead. IN RESPONSE TO THE BELOW: I DID SIGN OFF ON THE REPAIRS TO THE PAINT DAMAGE ON THE TRUNK LID AND DASH. I HOWEVER DID NOT SIGN OFF NOR SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE BUMPER IN THE PROCESS. THAT BUMPER WAS RUINED WITH OVERSPRAY ON TOP OF DIRT AND TO DEBUNK YOUR WHOLE DEFENSE THE PAINT WAS STILL TACKY WET WHEN IT ARRIVED AT THE HONDA COLLISION CENTER THAT PERFORMED THE REPAIR. HONDAS STAFF ALSO AGREES THAT THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED AND THAT I WAS DONE DIRTY.
