Best Rent A Car 🚗

Cory was really personable and really tried his hardest to make our experience a good one. He is the reason, I'm not giving a 1 star. Unfortunately, I have to give the overall experience an average rating. The rates were too high for a car with an overpowering cigarette and dirty diaper smell. The computer system was super slow and there was a limited inventory.

Expedia says opens at 0730, so I made a reservation. Sat there until 0745 and no one showed. Had to be at work, so I left and got a car down the road at Hertz.

I was referred to Best Rent A Car and it’s the best thing that could have happened to someone in desperate need of a rental car at the spur of the moment. From the minute I walked into the office until the time I left in the rental car, EVERY single employee was kind and helpful. When I returned the car, the same experience was repeated. At no time did I feel like just another person to be processed. I was treated like a valued customer. I recommend them highly! You will be glad you chose Best Rent A Car!
