I found myself in a unique and uncomfortable situation and Top Choice Plumbing went above and beyond to help me resolve! Imagine, being out of country with your in-laws staying in your home when you get a call saying there is no hot water and there is water coming from the ceiling in your garage. That's what I was dealing with Thursday evening. I made a call to Top Choice Plumbing that night and left a message in their voicemail. First light Friday morning Kiki called and took my information. She said she could have a tech out within an hour and they were. Wayne, the service manager was very professional in assessing the issue, explaining it to my in-laws who are in there 70's and then calling me to discuss. I gave the go ahead and they brought in a crew to remove and replace my tankless hot water heater the same exact day! I can't tell you what a relief it was to have my home along with my in-laws taken care of in such a timely and professional manner. Wayne went the extra mile to explain why the original unit failed after 9 years and how to avoid it happening again in the future. When I needed clarification, the owner Robert took the time to speak with me directly to ease my concerns and to better educate me on the process. This company was awesome to work with, got me out of a jam and the professionalism they displayed make them my new go to plumbers. Great experience. They found a subtle problem, fixed it, and explained the problem to me clearly. They are very knowledgeable and eager to do a good job.
